Mark is an experienced System Center consultant with a proven track record of success in both the private and public market sectors. He currently focuses on building robust solutions using the Microsoft System Center 2012R2 / 2016 Suite. For all his development work, he uses a combination of PowerShell and VB scripting to build management and integration packs. Examples are found at the end of this CV. In his latest delivery, he designed, documented and delivered a unique and complex System Center environment for SABMiller (45 Countries, 300 Domain Controllers). He designed SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM, SCORCH and SCSM to work in harmony with each other and his bespoke management packs reduced the amount of tickets generated in SCSM to single figures per day.

As Managing Director, he recently took a few members of the SC team to the Microsoft Enterprise Engineering Center in Redmond to look at System Center 2016. Whilst there, he successfully upgraded SCOM 2012R2 to SCOM 2016 whilst the rest of the team were shown the latest technology. This included Nano Server, Server 2016, SDN, ATA, SCVMM 2016, SCDPM 2016 and a variety of other ground-breaking technology that he cant mention as he is bound via NDA. Suffice to say there is some exciting stuff on the horizon. It is his genuine belief that only by going directly to the source of System Center, that his team are able to get the required knowledge to ensure our customers are given the best service. His goal is to provide a return on investment for all of his customers. This is why for two weeks this year, the team were privileged to sit with some of the finest minds in Microsoft and discuss solutions.
